What are your rates?
Initial Phone Consultation:
Free (15 minutes)
$150 (50 minutes)
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the end of your session. I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. I ask that all clients keep a credit card on file through Simple Practice. The easiest way to pay is via the credit card on file.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that my clients notify me of a need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours notice is given or the appointment is missed, you will be responsible for the $60 cancellation fee. After the second cancellation, the therapy process will be terminated.
Do you take insurance?
While I am not in-network with any insurance companies, I am happy to provide you with a “Superbill” to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company about their policies and potential reimbursement rates.
How often are sessions?
Therapy works best when it takes place weekly. Overtime, biweekly sessions may be appropriate as you make progress towards your goals. However, we can discuss and decide together.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on your symptoms and treatment goals. Together, we will discuss and decide when it is a good time to end therapy.
Are there forms to fill out?
Yes, once we’ve set up an initial session, you’ll get an email asking you to fill out forms on a site called Simple Practice.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm. Currently, I have openings on Thursday’s and Friday’s.
