NICE TO MEET YOU, IM JACQUELINE
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I specialize in treating Anxiety, Stress, and Life Transitions.
From a young age, I have been curious about psychology, human behavior, and helping others. I became a therapist because I enjoy hearing people's most sacred stories, vulnerabilities, and helping them reach their goals. I have been practicing as a mental health clinician since obtaining my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, in 2013 from National University. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from San Diego State University. I have provided individual, family, and group therapy to children, adults, and couples in various settings including: private practice, non-profits, residential facilities, hospital and health clinics, and have been out stationed at a local police department. My background also includes working with marginalized communities, LGBTQIA+ populations, HIV communities, and domestic violence survivors.
I can continue to tell you about my experience, but I think what you really want to know is, "CAN she help me?"
My answer is "Yes!"
If anxiety and stress is blocking you from living the fulfilling happy life you desire, then you can benefit from receiving treatment. Through therapy, we can work together. I can teach you skills that will make life easier.
